I heardby declare & state solemnly as under
1 - that I am the deponent to this declaration affidavit and as well aware of the facts thereof and that I hearby solmnly affirm and undertake oath that I agree and shall abide by the rulesm, regulations and manifesto of SEWA ORGANIZATION. I read and understood all the matters of SEWA ORGANIZATION.
2 - I am not involved in any illegal and criminal activities.
