OBJECTIVE

The objectives of  the society shall be as laid down in the memorandum 

MEMBERSHIP

The procedure for membership of the society is as under

any adult person desirous of becoming member shall have to apply on the prescribed from along with admission of Rs.10 only .The general secretary after receiving such application shall put the matter of the member before of the executive council for consideration membership from should be approved by the executive council by  majority of votes 

procedure for suspension or cancellation of membership is as under.

A member of society shall be suspended or expelled from the society on the following grounds.

a)  Non payment of subscription 

b)  Absent from the meeting for six months 

c)  His activities being against the by laws of the society. but before suspension or cancellation of membership of any member ,General secretary shall call written explanation .If his explanation is not found satisfactory executive council  has power of suspend him for three months. The council has the power to expel any member from the society by a majority of votes of the members present in the meeting hold for the purpose /agenda.

Procedure for the restoration of suspended  or cancelled membership, re-admission of membership is as under:

Suspended or expelled members from the society can be restored after written application provided if the Council allows his re-admission.

DISQUALIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Any person  who is involved in any objectionable / unethical / unlawful activities is not entitled for the membership of society
